Correspondence with EtiopienRejser
The easiest and most efficient means of communication is by email and phone. Should you wish to communicate by traditional means such as post – we can also organise this.
Payment
To secure your booking you pay a deposit of 3000 dkr. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. All payments are to be deposited on the following bank account:

Cancellation Insurance
If you wish to organise a cancellation insurance (5-6% of the total cost of the trip), you need to do this at the time of booking and payment of the deposit. For residents of Denmark, this policy is available through Gouda. Please contact us for further information.
Rules & Regulations of Cancellations
If you cancel your booking up until 60 days prior to departure, EtiopienRejser will retain your deposit. If you cancel your booking up until 45 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of you payment. There will be no refunds for cancellations less than 45 days prior to departure.
If EtiopienRejser cancels a trip.
If EtiopienRejser cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund. If a trip is cancelled due to lack of participants, this will be done no less than 5 week prior to departure.
Visa & Passport
It is your responsibility to inform EtiopienRejser of the correct spelling and your full name as per your passport. It must be identical to your flight ticket as the airline will not let your fly should it not correspond.
Most EU nationalities can obtain their visa on arrival in Addis Abeba airport at USD20. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct visa – kindly check with the Ethiopian Embassy in your country of residence.
Your passport must be valid 6 month after you arrive in Ethiopia.
Vaccinations
Please contact your local travel clinic no less than 2 months prior to departure for the latest advice and updates on vaccination and malaria prophylaxes.
